In short: Student emails, Google reviews and TEM testimonials help us find questions to check. They are not a paid star rating and they are not proof of a government rank. We do not sell review scores. Pattern complaints may trigger verification or investigation.
What we do with reader emails
A detailed email with dates, batch names and documents is a tip. We try to verify the underlying fact (fee, faculty, refund) rather than publish the email as a review score. Write to theeducationmarket1@gmail.com.
Google and other public reviews
We may read public reviews to see what students argue about. We do not average star ratings into our editorial order. Fake-review campaigns are a reason for scepticism, not a reason to copy the stars.
TEM testimonials
Quotes on Testimonials are labelled reader comments we chose to publish. They are not a ranking methodology and not a paid placement unless labelled as advertising.
Can reviews change a list position?
A single anonymous one-liner cannot. Documented, repeated issues that survive verification or an investigation can change how we describe a centre. The scoring frame is on How we rank coaching institutes.
What we will not do
- Sell a star score or “verified review” badge as a product.
- Delete a documented problem because an institute bought an ad.
- Treat a flood of identical five-star posts as independent evidence.
