Correction Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

In short: If we get a fact wrong, we correct it on the article and note the change when the error is material. Send the URL, the error and evidence.

How to request a correction

Email theeducationmarket1@gmail.com with subject CORRECTION. Include the page URL, the sentence that is wrong, and a source (notification PDF, official page, or dated statement).

What happens next

We acknowledge within two working hours during Working Hours when the issue is time-sensitive (exam dates, fees). Other requests are handled within two working days.

How an institute can request a ranking correction

If a named centre appears in an editorial comparison and a published fact is wrong (fee, address, batch name, faculty association, or a result figure we attributed to you), write from an official domain where possible.

  • Subject line: CORRECTION.
  • The article URL and the exact sentence.
  • The correct fact and a dated source (prospectus page, GST invoice sample with personal data redacted, official result list, or on-record statement).
  • Your name, role and a phone number we can call during Working Hours.

We will not move an institute up a list because you advertised, threatened legal action without evidence, or sent anonymous praise. Ranking order is explained on How we rank coaching institutes and What Cannot Influence Rankings.

How we show the fix

Typos may be fixed silently. Material errors get an editor’s note. Updates that are not errors (new cut-offs) are dated updates, not apologies.
