How We Investigate Information

Last updated: 14 August 2026

In short: Investigations start with a specific allegation, seek documents and a right of reply, and publish only what we can support. We do not run rumour as news.

When we investigate

Pattern complaints, conflicting official records, or public claims that could mislead thousands of paying students.

Right of reply

Where we intend to publish criticism of a named institute, we seek comment and include a fair summary of the response, or we note that we asked and received none.

Reader tips

Send documents, not rumours, to theeducationmarket1@gmail.com with subject TIP. We cannot promise confidentiality in every legal scenario, but we will not publish your name without consent except where legally required.
