Reader purchases
We do not sell exam seats, test series or classroom courses. Any fee you pay an institute is governed by that institute’s contract.
Advertiser refunds
- Cancelled in writing before a campaign start: unused prepaid amount is refundable minus a documented processing cost if work has begun.
- Mid-campaign cancellation: unused future dates may be refunded or credited as agreed in the insertion order.
- No refund if the campaign ran as booked and the creative was approved.
